Steel experiment table:Using 1.0-1.2mm thick domestic high quality cold-rolled steel plate,it is processed by CNC punching,Japan Amanda CNC bending, gas welding and polishing. Seven acid washing and phosphatisation processes are applied afterwards. Chemical anti-rust treatment is used with acid and alkali corrosion resistant function.The surface is sprayed with high temperature epoxy resin powder with good load-bearing performance and long service life. It also has good appearance with reasonable bearing force and high anti-acid and alkali corrosion function.

Steel reagent shelf:Using cold rolled steel with 1.0-1.2mm thick (Chinese quality cold-rolled steel plate),the surface is sprayed with epoxy resin powder coating. It is formed by welding of base material and plywood can be adjusted.Other special equipment such as central cabinet can be equipped, including related facilities such as gas / power / water pipelines.Multifunctional slots are for wire and water blockage. It is multifunctional with excellent appearance and safe. It is also suitable for lead output from different internal and external wall corners.

All-steel experiment table accessories:The cabinet body part/hinge: It adopts DTC hinge (110 degrees /175 degrees) produced by Sino Italian joint venture. 304# stainless steel hinge with a thickness of 2.0mm, and an open angle of 255°can also be selected.The cabinet body part slide/three guide:It adopts DTC hinge produced by Sino Italian joint venture,with steel ball and slide hidden/reassured behind it. There are also three mute slides.Adjustable combination anchor has many functions like non slip,shock absorption,acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, strong bearing capacity and so on, which is more suitable in the laboratory environment.

All-steel test bench reagent:Steel glass reagent rack and column are made of high quality steel with a size of 100mm*60mm*2mm. Laminate is made of high quality tempered glass laminate with a thickness of 12mm. As to the power configuration, there are all special safety products used in laboratory like,waterproof socket for universal instrument, five hole special socket, lighting,power switch and other socket. It has a function of dust and splash proof, waterproof,anti acid and alkali etc.They are all made of PC materials which can play a role in fire prevention and flame retardant. Besides, it is more practical and beautiful.
